District Nurses

Sid Valley Practice is supported by a team of Community Nurses who are based at the Sidmouth Hospital and can be contacted on 01395 519915.

They provide nursing care to patients confined to their homes, especially the elderly and can give practical advice or assistance to patients, relatives and carers in coping with illness at home.

Out of Hours Service, we provide a Single Point of Access for patients requiring a District Nurse. This will be a direct telephone line to our Co-ordination Centre for the out-of-hours period 17:00 hours through to 08:00 hours Monday to Friday and 24 hours at weekends and Bank Holidays.
