Sidmouth Memory Café

Sid Valley Memory Café offers a friendly, social meeting place for people with all forms of memory problems, including their friends and family.  We meet every Wednesday at 2.15pm at Twyford House. 

For advice and support, sing-alongs, games, talks, outings and most importantly, a cup of tea and a chat!

 Depression and Anxiety Service

The Depression and Anxiety Service (DAS) can be accessed via self-referral unless patients have a mental health treatment history or risk history for which information is required in the form of a written referral from your GP. 

The Depression and Anxiety Service offers short term Psychological treatments for a wide range of difficulties related to Depression and Anxiety to adults (18 with no upper age limit). For more information, please click here or call 01392 385170


Cruse Bereavement Care

Cruse Bereavement Care is the leading national charity for bereaved people in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. We offer support, advice and information to children, young people and adults when someone dies and work to enhance society’s care of bereaved people.

Cruse offers face-to-face, telephone, email and website support. We have a national helpline and local services, and a website and free phone helpline specifically for children and young people. Our services are provided by trained volunteers and are confidential and free. Cruse also provides training and consultancy for external organisations and for those who may encounter bereaved people in the course of their work.
