Complaints & Suggestions

We try to provide the best possible service to our patients, and we welcome any suggestions about ways in which we might improve. If you have any suggestions, concerns, or complaints then please let your Doctor know, or contact Miss Emma Vigurs, our Assistant Practice Manager on 01395512601 or E-Mail:

Due to the coronavirus emergency circumstances there will be times when we are experiencing high emergency demand and/or facing challenges to delivering clinical services that response time may be delayed.  This will not relate to a complaint where it is clinically unsafe to delay the response.  We would keep you informed of any delays.
