Sidmouth patient participation group (PPG) is a group of volunteer patients who work in partnership with Sid Valley Practice. This unique partnership between patients and the practice is essential for high quality and responsive care.

From the 1st April 2015 it became a requirement in the GP contract for all practices to have a PPG.
Patient engagement facilitates services to take account of the views and experiences of all patients using them.
Current members are: Jan Barrett (Chair) Salma Chowdhury, Mandy Newman, Tim Swarbrick, Rosemary Cutmore, Karen Kerley, Gillian Mitchell, Brian Diffey, Sharen Drew, Rebecca Selby.
Dr Joe Stych represents the practice.
